Privacy Policy
A plain-English summary of how Relieve Inbox handles your data. A formal long-form policy is being prepared; this page reflects the product's actual behavior today.

What we never store
Relieve Inbox is built to clean your inbox without reading it.
- The body or content of any email message.
- Subject lines or previews.
- Attachments or their filenames.
What we do store
Only what's needed to operate the service.
- Account infoYour email address and password hash (or OAuth identity) used to sign in to Relieve Inbox.
- OAuth tokens for connected mailboxesEncrypted access and refresh tokens needed to perform the cleanup actions you request. These tokens never leave our servers and can be revoked at any time from your provider.
- Sender metadataFor senders you choose to act on: the sender's address, display name, and the count of messages you've trashed. This lets you find them again later.
How mailbox access works
We connect to your mailbox using your provider's official OAuth flow. We request only the scopes required to read sender metadata and move messages to Trash on your behalf. Every bulk action is previewable before it runs, and you can revoke access from your provider at any time.
What we won't do
- Sell your data or share it with advertisers.
- Read or analyze the contents of your messages.
- Send email on your behalf.
- Use your data to train AI models.
