We don't keep any of your email.
Relieve Inbox is paid for by your subscription — not by your data. We work with the minimum metadata a cleanup actually needs, sort by headers alone, and never store or share your messages.

Frequently asked
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Open Billing and choose Manage billing — no email or phone call required. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- Does the free plan expire?
- No. Free is free indefinitely.
- Do you read or store my email?
- We sort by headers and never store email bodies, subject lines or attachments — only the metadata needed to plan and verify a cleanup (sender addresses, message counts, timestamps). A message is opened only when you click to preview it, and it isn't saved. See our privacy policy for the full list.
- What happens to my data if I cancel or delete my account?
- Cancelling moves you to Free and keeps your mailboxes and rules. To have your account deleted, contact us. Removing a mailbox deletes our copy of its access tokens, and you can revoke access in your Google or Microsoft account too. We never held your email content in the first place.
- Can I switch between monthly and annual?
- You can move from monthly to annual on your billing page, and it starts immediately. To move from annual to monthly, contact us.
- What if I need more than 3 mailboxes?
- On Pro Annual you can add extra mailboxes for $15 per year each, up to 23 in total, from your billing page. There's no per-seat math — just one user, more inboxes. Add one mid-year and you pay only the rest of that year for it, then it renews as part of your single annual charge. They're an add-on to a paid annual plan, so you'll need to be on Pro Annual first.
